Grievances Addressed



Grievance Redressal primarily covers the receipt and processing of complaints from students and staff. A wider definition includes action taken on any issues raised by them to avail service more effectively.GRS is maintained in  all Departments like  Government Colleges and other Departments that are directly involved with serving cities and organizations. Students and Staff convey their grievance to the higher authorities through mails or feedback forms, or written complaints etc.,These inputs may be submitted by mail, over the internet or in person.


Goals & Objectives

  • The main objective of the Grievance Redreassal cell is to develop a responsible and receptive attitude among all the stakeholders, so that a harmonious educational atmosphere is maintained in the college.
  • To encourage the students to express their problems / grievances frankly and freely and without any fear of being victimized.
  • Any kind of mental or physical harassment complaints regarding class room management, class room teaching, completion of syllabus etc., if and when they rise.


  • The Committee will deals with all genuine grievances of learners of the college.
  • All Complaints should file their grievances either by writing in paper to the committee or by online website of the college.
  • The Committee will meet at least once in a month to resolve the grievances.
  • A box marked Grievance Box is placed on the ground floor, any student may put in their case/concern with date and class in the grievance box confidentiality and privacy is maintained.
