Department of Physics was established in the year 1989 with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry (MPC) , subsequently Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science (MPCs) combination was introduced in the year 2014 to meet global standards.
The Department has two fully equipped laboratories in Physics. A specially designed dark room laboratory is provided for conducting optics experiments. This Department has one Qualified, Newly Recruited Permanent Lecturer. The Department has 1 non-teaching staff to support the Lecturers for the smooth running of the departmental activities.
