Fundamental Rights (Articles 12–35)

Fundamental Rights are guaranteed by the Constitution of India to ensure equality, freedom, and dignity of every citizen.

Fundamental Duties (Article 51A)

Fundamental Duties are enshrined in Article 51A of the Constitution, reminding citizens of their responsibilities.

  • 51A (b) – Cherish ideals of the freedom struggle
  • 51A (c) – Uphold sovereignty and integrity of India

  • 51A (g) – Protect the environment
